Hi and Welcome. I'm very sorry to hear of your problems with ETR.
For the purposes of helping you I'm going to assume your level of Linux knowledge is relatively low. I'm sorry if this is not the case, let me know if you have technical knowledge of the issue and I will try to help you on a more advanced level.

I need to know a little more before I can figure out exactly what's going on:
1. What exactly do you mean by "is not installed?"
Do you mean no icon shows up in the menu? What happens when you run "etracer" from a terminal?

2. Do you have the development packages for TCL installed? I don't use opensuse, but on debian you would need install a package called tcl-dev (or something similar) in order to have the game compile.

This wiki page contains a lot of useful (albeit unorganized) info on compiling the game from source:

Good luck, please reply soon so we can solve your problem as fast as possible.

Hi,
Dont bother with the source code :)

Yeah, i think i know what do you mean by saying that Extreme Tux Racer is not installed, it's because there is no icon in the "applications list"... right ? (added to the todo list )
As cpicon92 said: try to run Extreme Tux Racer from a terminal by typing "etracer" :)
